Kitchen, child 1 and child 2 as well as hallway becomes cooking, dining, living.
Sleeping, bathroom, technology, WC, storage room = entrance, technology, proper WC without climbing
No matter how you change it, always furnish the floor plan properly. No freezer fits in your pantry, WC requires climbing, etc.
Living rooms belong to the terrace, not the children's rooms

You have an insanely large living area relative to the number of exterior walls. You often see large floor plans with an atrium to bring in light. Have you ever considered designing a central room in the middle with lots of light from above? A kind of glazed atrium
