We already have a red dot, but it is still based on the first plan, which includes a room on the upper floor and was only approved by the building authority due to extensive fire protection measures. The planning for the ground floor also looks different in the approved version.

With what kind of budget would you calculate our project? We plan to do a lot ourselves, and we also have electricians, tilers, and sanitary specialists in the family.

That was someone who included a studio in the upper floor, i.e., everything upstairs in fire protection execution, furthermore everything on the ground floor related to the stairway to the upper floor in fire protection execution, furthermore a separate escape route from the upper floor in fire protection execution. The whole thing was simply too expensive for us just for a studio.

If you are looking for suggestions on the disappearance of the support pillars in walls, the position needs to be millimeter-accurate. Or can they also still be moved?

The whole project hardly convinces anyone here - apparently not even your own architects. If nothing precise comes regarding the budget, it will remain a pipe dream thread.

As said: hypothetically on the level of a 220 sqm bungalow at the same location. And without offsetting the subsidy money: the ground just has to be replaced deeper than expected and similar blah blah, the seemingly gifted bills practically already have the lighter attached to them. Such a thing is nothing more than a consolation prize for the brave program participants. Where exactly are his concerns?

Oh yes, just supporting the foundations alone, if more needs to be replaced, would consume the funding.

Would all fire protection measures really be eliminated by the removal of the room on the upper floor

We are asking here because of the unfavorable planning of the bathroom. And yes, we are looking for suggestions on how we can integrate the support pillars into walls. They can still be shifted, but only in the east/west direction, as they support the double T-beam in the ceiling.

At the moment, I also get the impression that the project convinces no one here. Our architect fully supports the project but also sees some difficulties in implementing everything. Our budget is 320,000 with a 10% buffer (which, of course, should not be touched). As already mentioned, some craftsmen are in our family who will help, and much will be done ourselves.
