Well, matter of taste. When you walk through the 3D animation in version A, it creates a hamster cage feeling in the hallways. That bothered me. Besides, I think children's rooms belong in the light and shouldn't vegetate in the shadows.

I was actually hoping to minimize dark corners (and especially hallways) in the floor plan by attacking them with patio doors. After all, it is the south/west side.

Honestly. I think the OP will reflect over the weekend and rather look for a piece of land where he can build a new small house. This property is ruinous unless you’ve hit the jackpot in the lottery or are a rockstar, as Thies already said.

We don't know that. Maybe it is actually west and instead of south it's north there.

I believe I read somewhere about a too small bedroom. The room should be 3.5x3.5 m (rough estimate). That’s not small.

Not big either. Once there’s a 2 m x 2 m bed in the middle (which with the frame can quickly be 2.1 m x 2.1 m), you still have about 70 cm to walk past on both sides, even without tolerances and plaster. Sure, it’s possible, but a dresser no longer fits, and measured both by overall size and the requirement “barrier-free,” I find it too small.

By the way, I also consider the project financially suicidal. Are the 50k subsidy actually included in the budget?
