I tried working on a synapse (inventory - architectural plan - TE plan) with markings of the approximate column locations. It can be seen that in the architectural plan, the color representation yellow (demolition) or red (new) should have appeared in many more places. The load-bearing wall (wall to the stable room, essentially the zero-th column row) no longer runs through, but without any visible beams or other substitutions.

.... we are considering whether to build after all or a prefab house... um.... please don't tear it apart now....

why tear it apart - it's okay if you come to the conclusion that it's better not to ruin yourselves financially
