The building complies with the Energy Saving Ordinance after the renovation and is therefore quite well insulated and does not heat up as quickly as an old building.

Mh 2.5 m room height with or without new floor construction

we want floor-to-ceiling windows.... so lots of light which also means.... sun and heat.. that's why we put the children's rooms facing north and where we "live" and stay all day the sun then the terrace on the corner (where the table is.....) only the corner down there is a bit unfortunate...

A quick sketch on the fly: The dimensions are confusing at first. So the thing is really big. The space could maybe be used better - I have quite a lot of hallway in it. Still, I like it better than your corner bath. Let's see what other ideas come up.



Windows omitted out of laziness.
