OG has no sloping walls, DG has sloping walls, hardly any knee wall but a very steep roof. (There are no more side views of the house. Must be measured and newly created). I would plan the storage space at the 1m line (this is also how the rough m2 figures of the rooms in the DG were calculated).
The basement is accessible directly from the ground floor via a staircase.
Regarding the storage space, an additional attic above the DG seems possible. At least the house furthest to the left has realized it that way.
Sorry, I meant the sloping walls also refer to the DG, not the OG. I would definitely create storage spaces there with access, that already generates storage room. Vaulted cellar is great! Almost like a pantry a bit further away from the kitchen. And as I said: in case of emergency, the staircase can be used as a shoe storage.
I also really like the ensemble! I would definitely consider the dormer at the front and it can hardly be denied to you if the other two houses already have it like that.
If the office has the door to the balcony in the front, then I would close the window on the side of the dressing room. A widening of the balcony door almost jumps at you.
My advice (as often before, but especially here): find a good architect who has done this kind of thing several times and has therefore dealt with the responsible building authority (successfully!!!) several times. Such a person is able to get a lot out of it and then dormer and balcony door enlargement should be no problem.
Moving the walls: as long as it is not a particularly protected type of wall construction, you are not too restricted in the interior design. As said: a capable architect will get a lot out of it!
Nice project!
