I would create a peninsula. So from the island variant 1-3, make a peninsula, so that you have short walking distances.

I find it cheesy. Take a large U-shaped sofa/living area with a width of 3.50m, then 6.40m remain. That's more than enough! My problem definitely wouldn't be the space, but that the kitchen does not face the main terrace, but that's a matter of taste.

You see how it's currently being "tinkered" with? 3.5 m U-sofa leaves hardly any room for a table and access to the sofa.

What doesn't mean anything with me though :D Now you can also rethink the TV situation. No direct light, maybe separated by a half-high piece of furniture, comfortable, not too big TV sofa.....

I will place a sofa in front of each window. :eek:
With distance, that's not bad at all, I think. A grand piano is fixed, then my wife's plant shelves will go there.
