The upper floor is not relevant for now. (Even though you usually do it together.) We are working on the ground floor. The question is: Is this shown room fixed? Then we are basically done. Apart from Tetris, not much remains.The floor plan is not yet completely drawn. For example, there is no furnishing on the upper floor, knee wall height is currently being determined, no 2m line drawn. Posting that only gets complaints ;-)
The island will be 3.00 to 3.30 meters long. Let's see what the kitchen studios will suggest next week. I don’t want guests on the couch. The couch is somehow private for us. I would never invite anyone to watch TV together from the couch, for example. That's why the dining area is for six people, or alternatively the conservatory to sit with several people.I would reconsider the kitchen as well – the cooking island alone is almost 3.5 sqm,... The dining area is supposed to accommodate up to eight people – but maybe four or five people fit on the couch and there is no room for more seating in the corner.
