The floor plan is new compared to last year. Unfortunately, you cannot always plan as you like. There are limits, such as the width of the house or the orientation of the garden facing west.

I don't see a floor plan, just one big room. The thing with the limits is clear, but see above.

I would also rethink the kitchen - the cooking island alone is almost 3.5 sqm,... The dining area is supposed to accommodate up to eight people - but the couch may fit four to five people and there is no room for more seating in the corner.

The floor plan is not completely drawn yet. For example, furnishing is missing on the upper floor, knee wall height is currently being determined, no 2m line drawn. Posting that will only bring complaints ;-)

The upper floor is not relevant for now. (Even though you usually do it together.) We are working on the ground floor. The question is: Is this shown room fixed? Then we are basically done. Apart from Tetris, not much remains.

The island will be 3.00 to 3.30 meters long. Let's see what the kitchen studios will suggest next week. I don’t want guests on the couch. The couch is somehow private for us. I would never invite anyone to watch TV together from the couch, for example. That's why the dining area is for six people, or alternatively the conservatory to sit with several people.
