I don’t see why I should fill the first post with the drafts when the BU hasn’t even been decided yet.
Otherwise, gladly

I had already googled the house myself, since I like Danwood houses

However, there are still a few questions left unanswered by you...

No one has to, that's all too complicated for me anyway, it's enough if I collect everything later.
Anyone interested will have to read through it here if necessary.

I only see one, and it concerns the construction time, which I won't comment on anymore because I have other information from other builders and it doesn't make sense to continue discussing it :S

Why do you want to swap the dressing room and master bedroom in this plan: It's counterproductive if only one person has to get up in the morning... first down the plan to the bathroom, then past the bed into the dressing room, then past the bed again to go outside.

Primarily, our idea was because the knee wall is at 1.70 m and by swapping, we can fit more wardrobes, meaning there would be a maximum height on the interior wall, which is not possible in the "current" dressing room due to the protruding showers and windows.

But why go down to the bathroom first? It's upstairs... and whether someone walks past the bed once doesn't bother us. That's how it is now anyway.

Now we are moving on to the topics of garages and floor slabs. I have an offer from Glatthaar for around €13,800 excluding earthworks; I have budgeted €8,000 for that. The offers from local companies here in Bavaria are still pending...

I received a telephone offer from a prefab garage supplier for a 6x9 m garage with a gate for just under €25,000; I should receive the written offer this week - but it will likely result in self-construction, which, fortunately, my father-in-law is good at.

I originally thought that €20,000 would easily be enough for a garage...
