How about the Danwood house? Everything okay? Is it progressing? Just say something!

Quick update - We're in

In one week our earthworks contractor will come to level the rest and connect the gutters, in two weeks the kitchen, and in 4 weeks a 6x6 prefabricated garage.

Then things will move quickly with plinth insulation, fence installation, terrace, and entrance platform.
We will probably only sow the lawn and co in September when it gets milder again.

Final word: Your own four walls are fantastic!

It is the Point 157A
The floor plan was changed a lot as well as the interior fittings.

They are tilt windows, also open inward for cleaning.

Completely wrong statement!
It is individual and depends on the house.
For us, some changes cost 800€.

Ah, ok, this statement was made to us with €3000 architect fees.
Don’t you feel like posting your house and floor plan design here?
I would be interested.

Best regards in short

Oh, that's what you mean, floor plan change and architect are handled separately.
One for the planning, the other for the additional or less material.

If I have time, I will definitely catch up on this...

I would like to join this request, I would be interested as well.

The local construction companies are not out of the running for me yet, but I have also looked at various prefabricated house providers and then asked around among home "owners" and according to that Danwood currently seems to offer the best overall package price-wise if you can't do the painting, wallpapering and flooring yourself and if a rather simple standard is acceptable. If the other providers also use Polish craftsmen anyway, then I might as well buy from a Polish provider. In my case, however, the construction with a modified floor plan according to the offer would cost about 7,000 euros more (changing walls and doors and expanding or dividing and moving the bathroom and kitchen).
