In terms of price, Danwood is certainly top, I am still firmly convinced that the Polish workers also make the dream house very cleanly, accurately, and quickly.

Attached is a small insight.

Coming soon: completion of the entrance platform and courtyard paving, gable roof on double garage, base insulation....

I really like the house [emoji2]
We were also interested in DW... because I really like the design of your house.
I also like your floor plan!
We just didn't need the space on the upper floor, as there are only two of us, so it became a different house from another builder.
Do you still have photos for our house pictures thread in the Off-Topic forum?

Thank you thank you - to us as well.

It was important to us that everyone has their own area, just like the children; we parents each have a sewing room and an office. Thanks to the knee wall of 1.70, all the rooms are sufficient, in my opinion perfect for the children and completely adequate (I grew up in something a bit smaller..)

We have thousands, from the first tub, first wallpaper, first floor heating to the last tile... But they are all still locally stored on our phones waiting to be sorted.

I'll upload some when the paving is done and the gable roof is on the garage.
By then, our terrace, which we are provisionally making from a pallet base and WPC decking, should also be finished :P

Here are a few pictures, a lot has happened since my last post.

Unfortunately, the sanitary subcontractor from Danwood messed up, meaning a T-valve was pressed so badly that water leaked under the underfloor heating at the hot water supply line for over 1.5 months and during this time (luckily) flowed sideways outside under the bitumen foil on the base plate.

Even though it doesn't sound good, it didn't affect us too badly, meaning the walls were barely touched and we got away with drying work (6 weeks), new tiles where the holes were, new baseboards, new exterior insulation, drywall & painting work.

Also lucky in the whole matter was our residential building insurance from AXA. They immediately sent us a damage acceptance and a personal damage assessor and covered all costs, which they will then independently recover from the opposing insurance.

Otherwise, a lot has happened along the way:

- H-foundation garage built
- Delivery of Rekers prefabricated garage
- Fence fully erected
- Gable roof for the garage
- Paving work with entrance platform
- Base insulation & plaster

Next year, the base plaster will be painted, as will the house since it is a plaster color mix. The garage, meaning the gable roof, will also be painted and terrace, pergola, and entrance canopy are also planned to follow.

Let's see if all that can be managed in terms of time
