I received a phone offer from a prefabricated garage provider for a 6x9m garage with a door for just under €25,000, I will probably get the written offer later this week – but it will end up being self-built, which luckily my father-in-law is good at.

A prefabricated garage 3 x 9 with an electric sectional door, electrified garage, recess for a rear storage room, window and access to the garden like strip foundations currently costs our customers in NRW €14,000. If I consider the "Bavarian surcharge," you should be fine with €16,000 ... unless you have more than terrible soil. Rhenish regards

Argh ... simply overlooked the "6" and focused exclusively on "one".... if you hadn't written it so clearly now, I would probably still have a mental block ops: Therefore, I apologize for the confusion caused and explain that EUR 25,000 for 6.00 x 9.00 or 2x 3.00 x 9.00 m - in the variant I described for 1 garage - (in Bavaria) is unrealistic. is probably right that - if the prefabricated garagen is purchased in the standard version including steel swing gate and without further nice-to-haves - EUR 25,000 could be accurate.
