I always appreciate receiving tips and suggestions. But what is going on here in some cases borders on the ridiculous, the interior fitting takes between 4-8 weeks, in our case about 6 weeks as already described.

Of course, it can take longer with problems, sudden changes, etc., but usually, based on experience as I have heard numerous times, it does not.

In other words, if everything runs smoothly, we can move in after about 6 weeks + delays, let’s say 10.

Have you ever built before?
Most of those who answer here have.
I can report from Gussek Haus, Rensch-Haus and from Huf, which in about 6 weeks did not manage for the families to move in. These are experiences from the last 1.5 years.

No, I haven't, but does that automatically mean you have to know better as a "home builder"? I can tell you from the experiences of acquaintances & friends who built with the same provider as we have now planned. Anyway, I'll drop the subject now.

Well, everyone gets what they order.

Yes, as a house builder can know better. We are a community of about 80 house builders who (more or less) built at the same time and are very well connected with each other (the municipality can sing a song about that).

I at least wish you good luck with the six weeks.

Where did you get these times from?
I downloaded the construction service description yesterday to see which screed they use... it said something about up to 12 weeks after the walls are built.

So..

attached are the first exterior views of our first exterior sample as well as the future room layout, here we will probably swap the dressing room with the master bedroom.

The garage will probably have a gate after all, we don't really like the one with the two.

P.S. Is there no way to further edit, fill, or add to Post 1?
