I don't see anything alive?..

I am always jealous of the beautiful outskirts with a distant view... well - the second house

By "active" I meant more that work has started to develop the building area...

Our terrace will be oriented to the south side, so there will be nice sun from morning until evening.
We will have a distant view for about 4-5 years, but then the next area will probably be connected.

- Archaeological work is completed
- Plot certified by the notary and purchased
- Sample selection at Danwood on 02.07
- Base slab installation appointment beginning of November
- House installation appointment mid-November
- Move into the house currently planned for the end of December

6x9m garage, landscaping, 90m² paving, terrace and other odds and ends will follow in 2017...

There will be news when it gets started...

Our terrace is oriented to the south side, so it's always nice and sunny from morning until evening

We also have a south-facing terrace... at the end of May with temperatures around 10:00 to 18:00 it was already practically unusable... We have now set up a 3 meter sun umbrella for the time being... it's somewhat bearable now... but we haven't had a proper summer yet... We will have to install a roof or something similar later.

Our terrace is of course also planned with a roof and integrated sun sails so that we can use it; if necessary, there is also the idea of relocating the terrace on the south side with a corner around the house to the east side in order to be able to use this side even in extreme heat.

Haven't checked in for a long time, but just a quick post about our own home project.

After numerous additions to our house, we have now completed everything since the end of December and received our house installation appointment for 04/05/2017 with a construction period of 5-6 weeks.

The earthworks were completed this week so that the foundation slab can be poured next Monday.

On 03/09, the geothermal baskets and all the other little things that go along with it will be installed...
