Calm down again. I bet at the table opposite, over a glass of wine, you would talk to each other much more instead of against each other. And if not, you would simply end the conversation. You have, in a way, hijacked a thread for your different and not yet matching opinions. Especially from someone who is a mod, I would expect more restraint.

Where have I ever even remotely written something like that? Paraphrased??

That may be. But to put words or opinions into my mouth that I never said is simply cheeky. Accusing me of things here is also not right.
By all means, go on here, I don’t have to put up with this and those kinds of people.
I’m not the one here who thinks they’ve done everything right. The Mr. Perfect is you ... did everything right

"Most" (users and questioners here in the forum) are therefore greedy for bargains and don't care about quality; so almost all forum participants or what? Quite a strong statement about such a large group of users.

.....who did that? The answer was directed to . Maybe it was her. Don’t just make others look stupid, you yourself don’t want it either, as can be read here, or just accept an echo of similar volume.

Luckily I wasn’t meant this time, although maybe I was drunk after all.

Once again ALL Ikea buyers do this same nonsense, probably they are all clones......You are talking about yourself (being a confessed Ikea customer), and then all Ikea customers are just as dumb; life is that simple, either black or white.

...in short, a poisonous insinuation against me,.....because I called craftsmen I’ve known for years and am sometimes friends with "gems." Apparently, for me they are only gems because I drive dumping prices out of them. I don’t know it like that, so talks nonsense and just wants dumping prices from his known craftsmen. THAT is what you’re implying!

...oh yes, once again the "most" here in the forum, the constantly bargain-hungry....the others then.

...aha, not only Ikea customers, those completely others get it as well....always hit them...

The person meant was again , who gets your psychic abilities as an answer; doesn’t sound particularly flattering, does it? I don’t find her thread objectionable.

Simply insinuating stupidity to others blindly, so that I myself naturally come off as TOP.

An idiot or acting idiotically because he or I simply do it differently than you consider possible; nice label.......and yes, I do it differently and it works perfectly.

....and once again, so that everyone finally understands that most TEs here in the forum are, in your opinion, just “price vultures” who don’t care about quality.

.....again “most,” although you talked about your own experience. But “most” are not dumb, so why shouldn’t one grant a craftsman/seller his margin? Do you really not realize what you’re insinuating to “most” just because you yourself might feel that way?

....apparently only when it comes from you.

see quotes above; also opinions don’t always concern you alone, otherwise you would be named directly.

You are the delicate one, as can be read, I am the cheeky one (which might even be true), because I defend myself against perceived unfairness. You like to hit verbally, also on whole groups (“Ikea customers,” “foreign citizens,” or “most forum participants are bargain-hungry”) and now whine when someone barks back in a similar tone.
Or should one just let oneself be slapped around? You even literally call for provocation, but apparently only mean your own.

Excuse me? ....You criticize me exactly and I’m not supposed to “countercriticize”? At how many plus points would one be allowed to respond to your personal criticism?[/QUOTE]

Oops, we have something in common-

You flatterer....there must be something to it, because my wife says that to me every hour as well.
Between us, everyone stop listening:
You are not lacking words and I feel similarly-
I offer you honestly to heroically tolerate each other, because that’s what a forum lives from (also), as you yourself write.
Of course I don’t want to annoy you here and if I did, I apologize for that!!!
I still much prefer your always straightforward criticism clearly written instead of any small talk.
Let’s leave it at that or for my part you can hit back once more in your usual delicate manner and I will definitely endure it.
Regardless, I now include you in my evening prayer – good night!

I am still searching.
I now have the transparent offer from the local kitchen market.

Kitchen furniture 12,600
Ceramic countertop 5,400
Sink, faucet, accessories like waste system will be added
He says it will be cheaper if I buy the electrical appliances myself. For a flat rate of 200 euros he will install them for me.

Actually, I wanted a design line for the two ovens. Black Carbon Accent Line from Bosch. Apparently, you can only get that through kitchen studios. Or online only at the RRP.

Now I can’t judge the furniture price. Whether it’s fair or if he added a bit more for the wood because I’m buying the appliances myself.

On the one hand, I find it a bit stressful to buy the appliances myself or I give up the design line.

I wonder if I’m just as well off if someone charges less for the wood but makes a bit more profit on the appliances and I end up with better appliances at the same total price and pay less for the wood.

Does anyone have advice or is able to assess the furniture price?
Is 12,600 euros just for wood expensive?
It is not a premium manufacturer. I think mid-range.

It’s about 6 x 60 cm wide tall cabinets. 2 of them for ovens, fridge-freezer combo, 3 pantry cabinets with pull-out drawers. All handleless.
And then furniture for a 3.10 x 1.20 m island.

If the furniture price is normal, the offer is interesting.

Who is the manufacturer? Seems normal to me for the quantity of furniture with handleless fronts (by the way, that means more expensive and less storage space, I had to learn that too) for the mid-range at first. Not particularly cheap, but not expensive either.
