I think it's good, I'll probably do it the same way.

Can you get access to all the appliances you want? I have the impression that some cooktops with downdraft fans can't be ordered cheaply online by yourself? Which appliances do you use and where do you get them from?

For most appliances, except for the cooktop with integrated extractor, I don’t need anything special, since everything except the oven is integrated, meaning appearance isn't that important either. I think I can find everything there. With the cooktop, I had the same experience when I looked for a Bora Pure cooktop. I eventually found what I was looking for on eBay; apparently, there are kitchen retailers who sell these cooktops from showroom kitchens. However, I am no longer fixed on Bora. Since the kitchen will take some time (just received the building permit), I’m procrastinating a bit and just keeping an eye out casually. By now, I can also warm up to a Siemens or AEG cooktop. But I’m rather pragmatic about it.

When it comes to appliances, dishwashers should always be purchased in coordination with the kitchen studio, especially for handleless kitchens, etc. There are often surprises that suddenly the plinths, etc. do not fit.

Built-in fridge/freezer combinations should also be coordinated so that the correct conversion cabinet is available afterwards. Air supply, etc. is important here.

Extractor hoods should also fit (recirculation discharge or ducting must be planned). Extractor hoods such as downdraft vents should also be planned together with the furniture.

Actually, I don't want to buy the devices separately. That annoys me again.
