Hello Peter,

if you search for your house in the famous search engine (AB Elementhus) you will find a Medium article. there you will find the corresponding drawings.
I have no details about the bathroom. built like the rest of the house, see also my first illustrated posts here

Regards

Hello Peter, I installed a walk-in shower in the attic and tiled everything. The same on the ground floor. I also still have the documents. I built the house in 1980 and renovated almost everything in 2020. Regards Paul

Hello everyone,

we have just purchased a Borgholm in the postal code area 539.. . A great help in making the decision was this thread. Therefore, thanks to all contributors and the OP !
To start with, I have maybe a silly question: How did you remove the wallpaper? With steam or wallpaper remover despite the wooden walls or dry only with a spatula?

Best regards
Christoph

If the house belongs to SEH (Schwedische Elementhaeuser), the house type should be called Aengelholm. My house is 42 years old and I have always removed the wallpaper with a scraper. However, I have now covered all the walls and ceilings with [Rigips].

Hello,

I know that problem well. With us, the wallpaper was still very firmly glued, and at the transitions between two wall elements, the fabric was often damaged or pulled down with the spatula. All in all, we also managed with the spatula and some moistening of the walls. It was not a pleasant job. ;-) Meanwhile, however, we have covered almost everything with Fermacell Greenline panels and applied plaster there.

We are actually seeing a different "problem" right now. We wanted to have a solar system installed and had a conversation with the structural engineer. He told us that the extremely large rafter spacing of 120cm is very unusual and could potentially cause problems. But we are still in discussion. Has anyone of you installed a solar system on the roof or were there any problems due to the rafter spacing of 120cm? I think this measurement will be standard at [Aengelholm].
