I assume you are referring to "centrally located single-family house with old trees" (Scout-ID 121499267) - from a distance, I see no reason to suspect the property is in poor condition. But pay what the location and the plot with outdoor facilities are worth to you - in my opinion, the house practically only has shell value until it has been brought up to a contemporary standard of taste.

If it is about the object: These are exactly the radiators that were installed with us as well. Otherwise, I can hardly see anything. The lintel seems to have been inserted later. The ceiling is already suspended...

We did it as described by : complete dismantling back to the shell construction state and then rebuilding, and we are very satisfied with the result!

I mainly meant it in relation to the feeling for the price-value ratio: everything beyond the "weather-tight skeleton" should mentally be calculated as a "minus," because you will strip and replace it.

Or the other way around: Price +10k to 20k (depending on own contribution) for dismantling, and you already have the price for your finished shell including outdoor facilities and Swedish charm / nostalgia

No, that's not it, but the radiators are the same.

Unfortunately, that is out of the question, it exceeds the budget. Bit by bit, I can do some things myself, then it's only material costs, but first we should simply be able to move in.

If you're not a mechanic, then forget about an oldie. Oldies are restored thoroughly from a bare shell, or you end up with a perpetual construction site.
