...how did you finally decide?

Did you go with one of the variants you listed, or something completely different?

I am currently facing the same problem and would like to make some things in the house "smarter."
Venetian blinds, lighting, and possibly some sockets.

The thread is already a bit older. Meanwhile, there is already the Shelly PRO series. Here you could even bring the roller shutters and/or sockets into the LAN via the sub-distribution (DIN rail).

Has anyone in the forum already had experience with the Shelly PRO series or been able to gain some?

We decided on the Bosch roller shutter actuators. If you have the opportunity to buy through Benefits Corporate and the electrician allows it, they cost about 48 € each.

I have read into Shellys a bit and watched some videos. Unfortunately, our electrician is not familiar with it. And you should not do what the electrician does not know, otherwise it will go wrong. You can retrofit all of it if you only set deep boxes, or the drillings are deep enough

We also decided on Bosch. The variety of actuators (underfloor heating) etc. also played a role. However, the system is not yet operational because it requires power & WLAN during commissioning. At the moment, it is blind flying and Bosch is more suitable as a renovation solution. In new construction, a QR code on the back of the actuators for installation is more of a burden than a sensible solution. Glad to share more once the adventure is over.

Then take a closer look at the actuators and you will find that the mentioned QR codes are located on the front side! I also believe on the packaging and/or the enclosed info sheet (?) ...

Thank you for the note! Unfortunately, the cardboard is gone ... ! Yes, I had seen such an information sheet for the thermostats for the underfloor heating. I should have secured that immediately. Certainly also partly my own fault, from which other forum participants can hopefully learn. And the QR code ... ... when I think of its placement on the combo connector - unusable. Even the P30 Pro couldn't focus on it.

No, you're right! After removing the adapter plate, the QR code is visible on the roller shutter actuator. :D The QR code on the thermostat is on the back, but with a large-format QR code included. I'm curious about the first installation, because there is still no power and no Wi-Fi.
