Do you want a button at every window or only at the room entrance? I still have some time for these considerations, but I will probably have the roller shutter control installed centrally in the distribution box and then control it via multi-button depending on the room. But it somewhat depends on what the electrician will charge for it. I find it somehow more pleasant than those individual switches next to the window.

I have also installed Somfy and am more than satisfied with it. Through the app, I can set times when the blinds go up and down (this was important to my wife because of burglary protection haha :-P). Additionally, you can program a scene for each Somfy switch, which I use very often. The app loads quickly and I use it when the TV screen is glaring.

With us, everything runs through the Warema Climatronic. We have switches in the rooms for the Raffstore, the Climatronic controls automatically via sensor (light/wind/temperature) and we also use the app. Additionally, the Climatronic can also take over some light controls. For example, we have controlled garden lighting with it, and you can also map scenes with it. Everything works without problems – the app runs reliably too!

Do you need a "central unit" where the wind sensor is connected or how can I imagine that? I would also like to control venetian blinds via light, wind, and manually and have conventional electrical wiring. I am currently thinking about how to make the roller shutters and venetian blinds "smart."

That works with the Somfy Conexoon or tahoma Box. The buttons for blinds, wind sensors, and sun sensors are paired wirelessly with the above-mentioned gateways. All very easy and without wiring.
