Ask the window builder what alternatives he has. You could also equip the corresponding "switch boxes" with actuators and simply plaster over them. That way you would be flexible for the future. I can't recommend anything specific from Somfy, as I have no interest in Somfy. I only come across the radio motors occasionally when it comes to integration into more comprehensive control systems.

I would never choose a radio solution in new construction if wired is possible.

You could take a look at the Merten System Wiser. It really offers many possibilities and is expandable at any time. Simply remove the old switch and put in the Wiser switch.
