See below.

Smells and aromas go through doors. Do you cook so badly that it stinks?

But that is not allowed.

Yes, I also reconsidered the 100% I mentioned... 50% is of course more plausible.
Nevertheless, the terrace is in the border area...

Who is your consultant? Where is the architect?
I grant you your playfulness, but with this tight situation you can’t avoid a professional!

The building window specification seems to me to go too far. On what grounds are you treated differently than the northern neighbor, i.e. why do you have to build further away from the street / accept a longer driveway / have a larger front garden but a smaller west garden?

The masonry empty conduit with the maintenance flap would be expected more in an architect-designed house, if at all. The attic has no access.

Give an insight into the genesis of the design from V1 to V7.

We don't even know whether the garage window is a suggestion or a premise!

Controlled residential ventilation and a range hood are enough to deal with odors. Dishwashers and refrigerators nowadays are "whisper quiet." My husband constantly opens the running dishwasher because he doesn't realize it's on. Otherwise, I don't know what you mean by noises.

Partly, partly. The floor area ratio will definitely be exceeded, even if the terrace is incorrectly counted as an ancillary facility. However, the stated plot size is also not correct, as there are no decimal places in the cadastral record (area according to the cadastre or land register).
Floor plan I = 10m * 11m + 7m * 3.5m = 134.50m²
Floor plan II = Floor area ratio I + garage + driveway = 134.50m² + 22.44m² + 37.70m² = 194.64m²
Floor area ratio I = 134.50 / 365 = 0.37 allowed 0.3
Floor area ratio II = 194.64 / 365 = 0.53 allowed 0.45

An uncovered terrace does not trigger any setback areas.

The T6 is just under 2m high unless you build something on top.

Kitchen
Mini pantry out. That also fits in a cabinet. I am a fan of open kitchens. For me, it only has advantages.
Controlled residential ventilation and a modern extractor hood help against odors.
You no longer hear noises from refrigerators and dishwashers.

Take a look here

The kitchen can be open or closed
