Thank you for your feedback!
I don't see access to the WC on the ground floor.
That was, of course, not the intention of the designer.
Where does Child 2 shower?
Shower/WC adjacent to the room. It’s not huge, I’m aware of that, but should be enough for daily hygiene. The room is bigger as compensation.
What about Child 3 and 4?
Depending on availability and age, either share a room, granny flat, or ground floor office.
The entrances are too narrow for me.
I agree with you. They are now a bit larger within the possible limits.
Is this still what you want?
Missing living room
No room for possibly Child 3 and 4
Good question!
I think it would work like this. The design got smaller compared to the initial one. Currently 209 m2.
The living room was born out of necessity because otherwise there would have been no use for the corner. Therefore, it was removed.
Child 3 and 4 see above. Upstairs, you could definitely accommodate three children’s rooms plus a kids’ bathroom. They just wouldn’t be as nice. You might consider it and execute the walls in drywall.
Please also furnish wardrobes in the children’s rooms. They are needed earlier than desks and much earlier than double beds.
Window positions were not well thought out. Perhaps French balconies would fit in the children’s rooms.
The floor plan is not planned down to the last detail yet. Roof shape will be difficult.
Do you think it could fit like this or something similar? Major mistakes? Further suggestions?
