Can't contribute much to the floor plan right now because I just don't know enough about it - but I find the exterior view very nice

I have attached the site plan.
Regarding the room height, I think it’s a matter of personal taste. I like it this way. The same applies to the roof pitch.
The basement will not have any windows, unless it is required by the authorities.
According to the soil report, we do not expect large rocks.
Why no architect at the moment: The designs were either not approvable or could have led to a demolition order. Also, I was not happy with the extensive traffic areas.
I really like the presentation of the floor plans as well as the interior and exterior views; does anyone happen to know which program was used to create these?

Maybe some of you are interested in what actually became of the draft. A few things have still changed since the last floor plan here in the forum. We have moved in by now. Not everything is finished yet.
Thanks to everyone who helped to improve the floor plan! At the end of the day, we are very satisfied.
