Overall, you have rearranged all sorts of things without explaining them.
The idea would be to have the entrance centrally on the north side on the ground floor. The carport on the north. On the ground floor, an additional 2 children’s rooms on the east with a small bathroom. On the west, a small apartment, which is intended either for older children, au pair, visitors, etc., not for rent.
On the upper floor, living on the east with an adjacent terrace because the view is best there. On the west, the parents’ bedroom with bathroom. In the south in the middle, a room (e.g., children’s room as long as the kids are small; study; guest room).
The rest goes underground.
How does light get into the small apartment?
Light comes through a lift-and-slide door measuring 2.5 x 2.4 m and a balcony door. It could of course be more. But the plot is as it is. Building higher is not possible as it is not permissible. If you swap the bed and kitchen, should it fit better?
