Direction south is correct. Austria. I can understand that well. But if that remains your only criticism, I can live with it. There are great lighting options nowadays. According to the soil survey, it must be at least 3.5 m deep. A basement is therefore an option. Planned are technical rooms, laundry room, storage rooms, possibly hobby/protection room. So no basement is really not an option.

Uh that makes it expensive. Can you give at least 1 room a light well? And the dark apartment?

Somehow I’m not following what you mean right now.
Why would the rooms (on the ground floor?) need a light well? They have large balcony doors. The room (ground floor) in the northeast might still tolerate a window, OK.

For the "dark apartment" you could certainly make a light well/light shaft. But I have serious concerns about possible leaks/water intrusion.

I don't understand. Do you want to lock someone in there? Nobody goes in there voluntarily.

First of all, a big compliment on your site plans. They are useful and, in advance, they exist and you are thinking about how to best make use of the slope. Most people here can’t even draw a rectangle of their site plan and therefore have no idea about the proportions of their plot at all. Secondly, regarding the light in the granny flat, you show a completely different granny flat on request. Personally, I stop looking at other details at the latest then, because nothing in the plan really has consistency or currency. I might criticize quite a bit, which overall takes half an hour with an iPad, and then you might say that everything has already been changed here and there... which means: I have wasted half an hour. Neither you nor I benefit from that. -> I will refrain from focusing on important content. Thirdly, your 3D screenshot: it has nothing to do with a possible point of view. -> Viewing height should correspond to a human, in this case no bird’s eye view -> Viewing angle of the screenshot should adapt to the angle of a person. In this case, no fisheye and no looking around the wall I tell you as a photographer: You massively distort the space here in a way it will never be seen.

Polemics unfortunately don’t help me, sorry... Changes are quickly made. I’m happy about every constructive feedback. It’s about whether the rough concept could work. In practically every floor plan you find things that you might solve differently yourself, which are often just a matter of taste. So, could you basically imagine living like this? Upstairs, I mean? This also applies to everyone else: Would such a living situation basically be conceivable for you? We actually like the current floor plan quite well. The perspective is of course distorted, no question. I deliberately created it that way so that you can see that daylight does fall into "the dark hole." I would also wish it was more. However, I cannot raise the house any higher, otherwise there will be trouble with the geologist and the building authority.
