Good morning,
At the front, between the office and the wardrobe 2.00 m. Because the wardrobe is deliberately designed to be open, the entrance area feels open and friendly.
In the middle, between the office and the staircase 1.10 m. Because the staircase is designed as a cantilevered bolt staircase, the hallway does not feel oppressive; in the rear third, there is again 2.00 m of floor space.
PS: attached you will find another ground floor/semi-detached house draft with the dimensions 8.00 x 13.00 m; also facing north. If you now lay Kerstin’s draft next to it, you will see that it is quite possible to place the entrance in front of the staircase and implement her draft within the area. Within a semi-detached house, there are not so many possibilities, but also not so few that at the end of the day no livable design would result. You have – just from Kerstin’s effort – received so much input that your planner can almost draw from abundance. That would be his job anyway; also and especially with full understanding that you want to “draw yourself”
Rhenish regards

Hello building expert, could you tell me how wide the hallway is (the passage; wall - staircase)
Maybe I'll draw it like this
