The knee wall is 2.0m. Roller shutters are planned throughout the entire house.

I think the new living room solution door - sofa - fireplace does not work at all. To get to the dining area, you have to open the door 180° all the time. The passage between the sofa and the fireplace with the fireplace heated is also likely to be interesting.

However, without dimensions, it is all just guesswork.

I find the garage, just like in Epis Plan, not nicely usable - you can hardly get to the storage room, and the bicycles definitely can't get out if a car is inside. Moreover, while this might still be somewhat doable on the plan, you will realize from the raw numbers that you hardly have any space there. As already mentioned, without dimensions, all of this is practically useless...

You are right, and that is also why I don't like prefabricated garages. However, the property and the budget don't allow for more.
