Sorry, the lintel is at 2.20 m. No, the roller shutter box is definitely not planned from the outside.

That’s how our sofa is currently arranged (although we need a new one), anyway, I’m not quite sure which corner to put it in (the living room is basically finished, except for the fireplace).

Thank you for the draft. I think the entrance door would have to be placed further down in your draft, otherwise I would have to put the garage on the other side. Also, there is hardly any storage space in the hallway. Somehow, though, I don’t really like the draft yet.

, the staircase is probably too short at 300 cm but otherwise a good approach, although the entrance has probably also shifted too far towards the top of the plan. The garage could then be outside the building area.

How long does it actually have to be for the straight execution?

So, I also pushed a bit. I even made the house only 8 m wide, which leaves some room to maneuver on the right and left. It’s 13 m long, though.

I won’t say much more about it.. just about the kitchen, my special pet project.

There are enough tall cabinets on the right side for the fridge, oven, and supplies. In the middle of the tall cabinets, only about 120 cm high, there is a raised dishwasher and a cabinet. On top of that is the ideal surface for a coffee machine, etc.
In addition, a sink island with a bench on the left wall and 2 chairs at the bottom side of the plan. At the top side of the plan, there is a cooking area, as well as direct garden access and a connection to the dining area through glass sliding doors.

Under the stairs, I have also planned a space for drink crates, etc. In the utility room, there is technology, laundry, and some general storage.

In the stairwell, both on the ground floor and the upper floor, there is a cupboard. Here I could imagine a central cleaning station with a vacuum cleaner, mop, etc.
