but if the "cap" goes through (then that would be a shed roof) I don't understand why all of Germany complains about picky building authorities
Not all of Germany complains about picky Austrian building authorities
Planners and builders get blinders on when it comes to cheating the development plan for aesthetic reasons, but don’t see how they mess up the house.
In times when "fame for ten minutes" is allowed to be a "goal," that’s little wonder. No matter what pain you inflict on yourself: the main thing is bang, bang, showing the building authority who's boss. After Bauhaus style comes now Bushido style, building as a totally badass bitch-battle with the building authority, you know, dude?
Haha, now I also know what that thing on the roof is for: that’s the exhaust noise reducer flap. L-stone was 2018, now blue neon tubes come under the floor slab *ROTFL*
The two doors to the pantry basically make it useless,
On the contrary, that’s how it should be: separate doors for the main course and dessert.
What would be your suggestion for the roof to achieve the best possible cube/flat roof character?
Offset shed roof running out to the south with a small lip to the north?
Hipped roof with high parapet without eaves?
As my previous comments subtly suggest, I lack understanding for the pubescent pogo. In this respect, I see a diametrical contradiction between the "best possible suggestion for the roof" and the "cube character" in the case of this plot. Follow the terrain, a gable roof doesn’t have to be symmetrical at the eaves, just as a small tip.
