Thanks, I’m a bit relieved. For me, a plastered fireplace, room divider. I thought you wanted to install one that was fashionable in the 70s: open, cozy, but no longer allowed without a cassette.

Take into account the very high heat output through the three panes. Rather unsuitable for new buildings. It is better to build with a maximum of two viewing panes there. And to properly plan for heat storage.

I do not share that opinion: In the current house, we also have three panes on three sides – and of course the heat output is good. The question is what you want from the stove: We mainly need it during the transitional periods and on very cold winter days – otherwise it gets too hot. And it does not matter whether it is 2 or 3 panes – the main heat (for us) comes anyway from the ventilation (warm air due to the stove): That makes a much bigger difference than the heat output through the panes.

I don’t find it bad as a room divider or partition.

In which world is that a gable roof?

Does the triangular alibi stub only have to be there because of the regulations? I would prefer a boring standard roof; this looks like it was actually not wanted and certainly not done skillfully. Sorry. Is there an alternative plan?

I only see deteriorations. Bathroom now with 2 doors, even though the bedroom is right next to it. The toilet is the first thing you see when you throw the door open - from the hallway.
Dressing room still too tight.
The upstairs hallway is bigger than the bathroom.
Shower on the ground floor is too small and with a sliding door? Seriously?
How do you get into the Alibidach?
