I think so too - it somehow looks like someone put a hat that is too small on the house.

Two doors in the bathroom is something I would really think twice about. Likewise the open space. My parents-in-law have that and when the kids still lived at home, it was practically impossible for them to sleep in the evening because the sound was carried strongly upwards when the parents were still watching TV downstairs or having a game night at the dining table, for example. The hallway on the ground floor would simply be too long for me. Hopefully the kitchen won’t be built like that. The passage above the island is maybe just 80 cm wide. I would also furnish the living room as planned.

Otherwise, I think it’s good that the children’s rooms are so nice and big.

Still not good. Especially the upper floor. Many things just don’t fit together. You want an extravagant house, but then you have a tiny bathroom. I would wish it to be bigger, and I would also leave out the second door to the walk-in closet, even though I can understand the idea behind it. The open space would work much better above the living room, then you have a feeling of space there. Above the dining table it doesn’t make much sense. But it doesn’t work with the floor plan. The toilet as a mini corridor next to the bathroom creates lots of angles and door next to door. Children’s room nicely big.

An enormous improvement! Now it's almost really cool.

The pseudo-roof is somehow funny like that. But whether it will look the same in real life as on paper remains to be seen. Now one could almost get greedy and make the thing out of glass and open the rooms upstairs into the roof....
Above all, you need companies that are absolutely competent. I think with dread about our robber as a deterrent example:

I like the floor plan. You have to decide for yourselves about the open space with children, it has been mentioned several times as problematic.
I don't see the kitchen planning as perfect yet.

I still see issues with the windows. Too few or too small, especially here: bedroom, living room, bathroom, stairs.

The WC on the ground floor - is that supposed to be a shower? If yes, I would definitely enlarge it. Otherwise, it will be too cramped. The cloakroom can be a bit smaller - you have two of them anyway.

The basement should also be looked at again, especially the integration into the terrain (embankment, terrace, etc.)

I'm already looking forward to the pictures of the first groundbreaking.

I quite like it. How the roof will ultimately look, of course, is still exciting. You could also consider giving the dressing room a door to the hallway and removing the "bathroom door" instead. That would create a bit more space in the dressing room, and you still wouldn’t have to walk through the sleeping area when you need to get out. I would also slightly enlarge the guest WC downstairs and make the cloakroom smaller instead; the shower already looks very cramped. I would never do an open space like that with children. It certainly looks great, but is very impractical and takes away the possibility of a children's bathroom and a nice large separate parents’ area upstairs. How will the living room be furnished? You need to be careful that the distance to the TV isn’t too great. Are you familiar with the common recommendations?
