Actually, according to the development plan, only gable roofs, staggered shed roofs, and hipped roofs are permitted. However, we are trying to interpret the development plan creatively.
Why? You are moving into a community that has created a proper development plan so that the cityscape doesn’t look like the Hottentots under the sofa. And now you come along and want to somehow overturn that, as long as it’s different. If I were the head of the building authority, I would reject all such designs. The guidelines are clear and so are the goals. Whoever doesn’t want that must build elsewhere. Raising the terrain by 2m, in my opinion, is the next crazy idea. The question is whether that is even allowed where you are. You plan a house with the land—it should fit in, both with the cityscape and the terrain. Dumping tons of fill is, in my opinion, only a last resort if there is no other way. Otherwise, the floor plan is okay—I once again couldn’t find a north arrow. The dressing room is too narrow and the bathroom would also be too tight for me. On the toilet you can hardly turn around. Giant stairs of a villa—actually beautiful. But I think they have no effect at all. You would have expected them in the entrance with a gallery on the upper floor. Squashed into the corner without a gallery, a simpler landing would do just as well. I find the elevations neither original nor beautiful nor anything else. Bauhaus would probably be turning in its 100-year grave, I think.
