I see a flat roof with a tiny shed roof in the middle. From this one view, it's hard to piece it together. What exactly is it supposed to look like? (Leaving aside the technical implementation) The additional text only mentions garage roofs and solar panels. I don't read anything that would allow a flat roof on the house. What tricks and gimmicks the architect might still pull out of the hat, I'm not expert enough to say. The shed roof must then be covered with tiles, correct? What is currently swirling around in my head looks like a clown house with a red or black pointed hat.

Reflect once more within yourselves.

No split level because of the stairs
Fill the plot because of the age
Utility room in the basement. Dirty laundry goes down via laundry chute, but the laundry still needs to go into the washing machine and the dryer. The steps do not get any fewer, whether with or without the laundry chute

1x laundry into the washing machine
1x into the dryer
1x out of the dryer and fetch

And you can build a really nice basement

Oh, I omitted the part about the basement because of the floor slab... hmm

Are you allowed to do that? A plot doesn’t get better by filling on one side while everything must stay as it is at the boundary. You are creating an even bigger obstacle in the garden. Don’t you want to use it?

Where can you see that? I see a cube with a too small “party hat”, at least some ridiculous peak, edge up there. Not my thing.
I also wonder why people fight so hard against the characteristics of their plot and want to do everything differently. I really like individuality myself, I have something like many others here too (you don’t have to build a Viebrockhaus), but the development plan makes sense in that an invisible bond can unite all houses into one entity. That’s the purpose of a development plan.
You can pretty much violate a plot with these embankments and also with a house that won’t fit. Here, however, I would say that the house is also violated by getting this party roof.

What do you understand by a masonry chimney?

That’s right. Like a little tumor, as far as you can see.

Define roof! And not the exemption from the garage roof. I see a main flat roof with a staggered shed or something...

The roof seems to be a point of discussion
More detailed plans should follow tomorrow. Then you have a better idea of it.
According to the development plan, tiles would of course also have to be on the party hat. We are planning photovoltaic here.
Thank you very much for the food for thought

Something like this, functioning as a kind of room divider between dining room/living room PS: Google image search "gemauerter Kamin" yields numerous results

Nevertheless, that would have the "naturalness" of a Donatella Versace or Chiara Ohoven. I recommend thoroughly practicing the difference between terrain modeling and terrain disfigurement once again. A beautiful house-property ensemble also includes, not least, topographical aesthetics.
