Where is north?

Children's room has windows that are too small

A wall for a second children's room is missing, exactly. This should be added if needed. The kitchen layout is wrong in the floor plan. Kitchen plan attached with the floor plans. Bathtub is present but should be "built-in" ... window accordingly slightly shifted. Christmas decorations could be stored under the roof. Between the living and dining room there should be a kind of fireplace room or an XXL armchair. Billiard table possibly on the terrace. I thought about hanging laundry above the dryer/washing machine. I am 190 cm tall. I do not need extra space in the utility room for a decentralized ventilation system. 360k is based on offers. North is on the entrance side.

The dimensions are quite large at first. The halls are not cozy like this yet. On the ground floor, I miss a door to the kitchen from the hallway. Also, I miss a pantry given the size. I would probably shrink it significantly here, but basically, I find the thing solid.

The upper floor, on the other hand, is a small disaster. All rooms are huge. A bedroom like a knights' hall - you lie there like outdoors - as a cave animal you don’t feel protected. In the dressing room, you get slim from the distances you have to cover while dressing. The bathroom is huge, but also totally uncomfortable. The child has to be satisfied with this dwarf cupboard. In itself not a problem, but in proportion it somehow feels like for the unloved bastard. Given the size, a utility room on the upper floor would be mandatory. Also, I would plan two children’s rooms, who knows what the future will bring?

A second children's room should be created by adding a wall if needed. As long as there is no need, the room should serve as a kind of relaxation room after sauna evenings.

Why a door to the kitchen from the hallway? So that food can be quicker at hand? In the kitchen, apothecary cabinets/pull-outs for drinks are planned, which in my opinion should provide enough storage space. I still don't understand why a pantry is necessary.

In the dressing room, a bench/counter should be placed in the middle. For 2 people, 2x 3.5 meter wardrobes are already in use in the current apartment. A dressing table could also be an idea.

In the living room, there are considerations to use room dividers to separate the living area a bit. With the size, different areas need to be created, otherwise it's boring, in my opinion. A fireplace as a room divider would also be an idea. The interior design only corresponds to rough ideas. My main concern was the floor plan.

Cozy seating options should be added in the bathroom.

Where exactly? Should the huge bedroom be divided? Then the child will have their ear against the bedroom. Yes. You want to stack drink cases in the cabinets? How would that work? Well, there are two of us and we have 8 drink cases in the pantry. My dad lives alone and has even more stored. Also there are the recycling bins, wine rack, cat food, fruit supplies, and lots of canned goods. I couldn’t live without it anymore.
