Personally, I don't care here whether someone needs 250 sqm or more to show off or to live in. Each according to their wishes and means.
This is about floor plans. And this one is unfortunately poor.
I am concerned with nothing else, and as you already write:
I agree with my predecessors: here a floor plan has been blown up from small to large without the "more" square meters also providing more living comfort or feeling.
This is exactly what arouses my regret. I gladly allow more space for more living value, but in this case, I see only empty calories arising from the inflation. And for the 170 sqm generated by the living-value equivalence, one could actually build 170 sqm, which would mean 80 sqm less effort, for which one either wouldn't need the buddy price or would keep the money in the pocket.
