It is all either interrupted (e.g. the kitchen unit, „2-flüglig verloren“), which makes it look neither uniform nor intentional, or it is inserted (e.g. children's bathroom), so that the room itself suffers because of it. This clearly shows that no professional was involved in the planning. A professional would probably have placed the staircase on the other side... The bathroom is a double-enclosed room - cool is the sauna where a door to the hallway should be planned... hehe

I have taken your objections into account. Attached are the changed EG and OG.

- children's bathroom bigger
- second children's room immediately
- platform stairs
- entrance to utility room repositioned (orange line)
- in the kitchen, a door could also be placed under the stairs (orange line)
- a kind of fireplace room should be placed in the middle
- a room divider should separate the living room a bit (example image included)

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I deliberately do not want a door from the hallway to the master bathroom (upstairs). It was once planned caught

Here is a suggestion for the ground floor with 12 x 12m:

- Spacious entrance with 1.8m hallway width towards the living area
- Large wardrobe directly in the entrance area
- Straight staircase towards the upper floor (eye-catcher?!)
- Short way to the kitchen
- Kitchen with 3x1.2m island, space on the side for 3 tall cabinets
- Living room > 30sqm
- Dining area with 3x1.2m table
- Large utility room (access under the stairs only possible with corresponding ceiling height, which I assume given the size)

... please upload a site plan of the property, showing width/length and possibly building envelope (also with width/length).

The changes you made, well .. kitchen walkways are still there.

Upper floor ... bedroom is a walk-through room, the north children's room is dark. Sauna, no need, since you can cool off outside in winter?
