Why? Inside he can still move walls around as he pleases. I would close the entrance roofing at the back because otherwise it can get quite drafty there. Unfortunately, we don't know the property, so we don't know the exact situation.
I am a woman That’s true, the building permit basically only determines the exterior view; how it fits inside doesn’t matter in this case.
That could be the case. But then you could leave out the toilet in the bathroom and save space there. So you practically have 2 toilets side by side and a third upstairs. Who’s supposed to clean them all? I find the bathroom layout upstairs very nice, downstairs on the other hand ugly.
We wanted the 2 toilets, we are 4 people + friends/boyfriend/girlfriend. In the morning it can take a bit longer to get ourselves distributed well. And if we get old and only live on the ground floor, then the bedroom bed just has to be moved to the office, we will definitely do that *not that someone comes up and says - nobody only lives on the ground floor anyway* Cleaning the toilet goes super fast and easy with the right products, I have experience.
The open space is kind of cute - but I still find it okay. The windows on the street view are not symmetrical, or am I mistaken? I would still change that – I’m picky about that. Window behind the bed is also not so great but I could live with that.
Open space = living-dining-kitchen area, right?? What do you mean with the street view windows? We already paid attention to approximate symmetry, unfortunately not 100% completely possible. We swapped child 2 and the parents’ bedroom (I wrote it to you like that, only the double bed and single bed I did not swap separately on the plan. It’s still an older plan; on the new one it’s swapped. The parents’ bed comes to the wall towards the stairs and the child’s bed comes to the wall towards child’s bedroom 1, so there shouldn’t be a bed under the window, right? Best regards
