That could get tight if the double bed is supposed to go against the stair wall. Best to try furnishing it first. Normally you need at least about 3.40m of width for the space. The door quickly gets in the way. You can't just move it either, otherwise there won't be enough space for the wardrobe. The windows at the top of the plan (northeast side) could still be optimized. With a gable roof, though, that's not so important. The WC window on the ground floor disturbs the perfection – but maybe it's not that bad. If you're bold, make the frame extra pink.

Now I don’t even know if I already replied to you, so here is the answer: The double bed fits perfectly both upstairs and downstairs with space on both sides, we have already measured everything. The wardrobe is exactly supposed to go behind the door. It's and remains a sliding door wardrobe, that works well, we already had that in an apartment and it was completely fine and good. The windows are okay for us as far as they are, it can't be done differently inside or else there's no space inside for the wall in the bathroom, etc. Regards

We have other height measurements, it all fits like this. Yes, that is completely sufficient for us, why higher? What’s the benefit of the height? Except that the warm air rises and it feels cooler. Besides, we have a maximum gable height ?? (or whatever it’s called) and with the current dimensions we just barely meet it; we don’t want to go any lower because the street is already higher and we already need a lifting station for the basement, otherwise we would need another one for the ground floor and a sewage lifting station. And another suggestion, I saw the washing machine is on the ground floor and the bathroom from the upper floor is right above it, how about a laundry chute?

In general, it seems to me like you don’t want to change anything about your planning at all, so why are we even discussing this?
