Yes, you could sell a piece of land now, invest the money well, and if you want a piece of land later, lay the big chunk of money on the table. Young families wouldn't be able to afford these prices either... You have your opinion on this, others have different opinions. I, for example, am also not in favor of the CO2 tax.
