You are confusing something, I am opposing a certain form of investment because it has negative consequences for others. And I don’t even want to ban it, just tax it moderately. And suddenly everyone here feels triggered :-)

Has nothing to do with [Sozialneid], feel free to invest your money in stocks or rental apartments

Yes, it has been that way the whole time. People are judged because they inherit, drive a diesel, have flown a lot, have too many children or none, are too fat or too thin, earn more than average, or are "just" housewives.

And again off topic. The properties are there and were not acquired for the purpose of speculation. Moderate? Annually +1% ;) sure....

Yes, good idea. Preferably in real estate funds and keep the rent as high as possible, thereby further reducing affordable housing for low-income earners.. I'm not sure why you are so sensitive about this topic, but your ideas are not fully thought through.
