There is NO fundamental right to home ownership. To create affordable housing, social housing must be implemented. However, the state has been going in the opposite direction for decades. Ever-increasing costs due to, for example, energy-saving regulations, various hasty decisions on energy issues, and soaring social expenditures. This is where the root of the problem lies, and certainly not in plots of land that are to be inherited.
