You should rot in hell for that. Taking away other families' chance at owning a home out of pure selfishness. I find investments in oil companies far less objectionable.

Dirt, that is rented out. No one is having their space taken away. Or do you mean, first it is renovated and then left empty? o_O

Oh Ötzi, just look beyond your own nose. Building everything up completely wouldn't be good for society and nature either. Just like investments in oil companies probably aren't. For no one, not just for the well-off who could (have) pay(ed) for their own home.

Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking, when reading that you recommend buying building land and leaving it undeveloped, or as an appreciation of your own property. Every day the weather calls for a new jacket, right...
