That is not an answer to my question and what does it have to do with "who has the longest here"? Although the uneducated IT guy with €3000 (gross or net btw?) obviously slipped past me.

But anyway – what can the uneducated IT guy do if he gets €3000... but this salary cannot be reached in nursing? Should he kneel down and apologize or just keep quiet by default because what must not be read should not be read? And what exactly is the problem if you together have €4200 net and your financing one after the other?

so in a house building forum - should provide added value. Anyone who wants to buy or build a house necessarily belongs to the higher earners or to a household that, compared to the 4104€, has an above-average income - after all, your figure also includes H-IV recipients and pensioners, whose household income is on average significantly below 4101€, ergo the average income with which a family with children thinks about a property ... is higher.

Ergo, yes: we are naturally talking here in this forum about families that have any significant saving potential at all. With a household income of 4104€ gross (~50K€ p.a.) and 1-2 school-age children, otherwise it will probably be a relatively short financing discussion

Thanks Dirk Exactly that is what I tried to express a few pages ago Basically, the knowledge of the average income in THIS forum is of no use at all.

Just do a survey here on the board about the household income.

This is really a case of "who's got the longer one"! We have a household net income of about 4200 and finance 290,000€. I work in healthcare in a leadership role and my wife works part-time as an MTLA in the lab. When I follow what some people here call a "low income," it really makes you sick. I think many are really doing too well!? In any case, some people here get a lot of money, but they definitely haven't earned it! And no, this is not a debate about envy!

Well, I actually got less than I earned. Or rather, the damn tax office took way too much :P (currently per month, which is what my wife earns per year in the public sector)
