Replace "top earners" with "better earners", then it fits.

Replace "earners" with "receivers"... and it will be fairer to people.

5400 for a family is nothing to complain about (in NRW). Thank God all the craftsmen earn significantly less. Otherwise, building a house would be much more expensive
