I would have expected anyone earning enough salary for building a house to be able to figure that out themselves.
The same performance is regularly not paid equally and this leads to gross disproportionalities. The problem has been recognized by politics and attempts are being made to counteract it -> minimum wage, unisex salaries, etc.
But even in other areas, one may rightfully ask whether performance and consideration are in a healthy proportion to each other (e.g. brokerage commissions, "manager remunerations," etc.).
I do not believe that it is even possible to create a perfectly fair system. However, I firmly believe that it is not good to show off with monthly earnings. Those who do not do this can safely ignore my post here and lean back... the others are welcome to bark.
