I paid 150€ for the position "Baustelleneinrichtung". Well, it was "only" the plumber, but 5500€ I simply cannot imagine, no matter how you look at it.

5500 € plus VAT of course. :cool:

I don't know what the material value is, but for the total amount of the offer, you could just take a whole year off for free and do it yourself in complete peace :D

Yes, the point [Baustelleneinrichtung] also struck me as negative right away. Do they want to do some remodeling inside the house first, or how do they come up with that price?

Update: Not much at the moment. The insulation of the three windows has been plastered, but the final topcoat is still missing. Two of the three new doors/frames have been installed. Additionally, a small balcony photovoltaic system with 640Wp as a temporary solution. This can also support the new duo multi-split air conditioning for the bedroom and children's room. However, I am still waiting for the meter change for the photovoltaic system and the BAFA funding for the Klimaanlage heat pump. More was not possible because child #2 has not allowed much in the last 7 months and I myself was severely limited for several months due to a slipped disc.

Oh, slipped disc as a DIYer ... "it always hits the wrong people," as they say ;-) I am now only rarely here and "for a few hours" (sorry to all whose good posts I don’t like during these quick visits), but I am all the more happy to read from you again. Maybe I will focus on the "supervision" of threads from "old posters" ;-)
