My official opinion fully agrees with you - my experience contradicts it: it is more likely for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a network documentation to clearly show which subcontractor representative failed to set this TAE with the PPA in which year.

A small update on the last few months. With a child in the house, everything moves a bit slower, but it is progressing.

First, the wastewater pipe in the "heating room" is targeted. As can be seen, the corner is already very damp and the cast iron pipe is severely corroded. After excavation, the following condition was revealed:
(03/13/2020)

The wall thickness was only minimal and two holes immediately appeared. To work better, I further chiseled up the floor to the next socket.

The next day, the jackhammer made short work of the ceramic pipe and the cast part was also freed. Clearly visible how little of the wall thickness remained.

Afterwards, a construction site dehumidifier was allowed to reduce some of the moisture.

In the corner area, the foundation was not fully formed, but also damaged by moisture.

This was backfilled and a gravel bed was poured for laying the new KG pipe.
(03/15/2020)

In the end, all pipes were installed and the floor closed again.
(03/21/2020)

The connection upwards is still provisional because the guest WC still needs to be renovated.

Here is an update from the other construction site in the residential area:

The entire pitched roof on the upper floor and half of the ground floor were demolished and partially rebuilt on a larger footprint.

In the hallway, the sliding door received a side panel until the carpenter has time and material to install a proper frame.
(29.12.2019)

When removing the wallpaper, rotating the living room door, and renewing the electrical wiring, the hallway walls suffered in some places. These have only been replastered.
(23.02.2020)

And with wallpaper (and shortly after also paint), you hardly see the work behind it.

The garden was a battlefield at the end of the year. After most of the hazelnut had been cleared, the ground could be slightly filled and the compost removed.

(31.12.2019)

At the end of March, the entire lawn was scarified.

A tool shed is currently being built in order to be able to tear down the patio & shed at the garage:

The renewal of the windows in the basement was due. Until now, they were made of metal and single-glazed. Over the years, they were no longer tight, partly rusty. After removing the "window sills" (concrete slope), the following situation was present for measuring by the window fitter. (09.05.2020)

The glass mosaic window disappeared at the stairs. (08.08.2020)

The missing KS blocks were built up ( : please ignore the overlapping dimension): (16.05.2020)

I am not sure what the window fitter measured, but why sometimes more and sometimes fewer profile extensions were included remains a mystery to him. We had also explicitly offered to remove the windows before his measurement to allow for the structurally largest pane area.

In the end, we also installed a pseudo lintel for optical compensation (plastered Ytong glued to the ceiling): (09.06.2020)

The two rebuilt windows received a windowsill:
