First, just ask whether he is still interested in the order or not. Maybe he has no interest anymore anyway and the matter is simply settled; in any case, we had that happen twice with craftsmen, the same pattern as with you, always delaying, then becoming increasingly unreachable, suddenly reachable immediately under different numbers. In any case, that's the quickest way.

Addendum to June 23rd: A date could be arranged with the carpenter for July 27th. So plenty of time to have the goods delivered and prepared.

Here is just a small anecdote from the area "I'll quickly take care of a simple task": It was only about replacing a flush-mounted double socket (with one that has touch protection). In the end, it takes an hour because you encounter such wiring and first have to tidy up a bit.

That sounds familiar - joys of the old building....

The carpentry shop has now installed the frame for the sliding door in the kitchen. On Monday, they had to stop because a groove was milled on the wrong side; today was the final installation.

Last week the roofers were on site to replace the skylight in the stairwell. Inside was still a construction from the 60s, outside something newer with double wall panels from 2000.

Now there are two Velux roof windows with roller shutters.

We had the drywall work done in this case.

Do you have a solution for cleaning and opening the windows? Looks nice!
