I have a bill of quantities to award for the drainage renewal and cellar waterproofing. However, I have not yet found a company interested in submitting an offer.

I myself want to replace three cellar drains because the backflow valves no longer work.

Furthermore, three frames with doors are ready for installation.

Finally received an offer for drainage/basement waterproofing/insulation. Over €56,000 - and only for two sides of the house.

Is it meant seriously or to be understood as a defensive offer?

I am not an expert, but 2 items "Baustelleinrichtung" totaling €5,500? That seems a bit strange to me.

This is a defensive offer. See [Baustelleneinrichtung] as well as the [Erdarbeiten] with [Erdarbeiten] mixed with the hourly wage work. The companies here in the region are still doing too well, I was even snapped at when I dared to ask for a status after 3 weeks... Hopefully, this will change in the next two years.
